Cherries

Earlier this summer I was at the grocery store with the kids. As we roamed through the produce aisles Avery spotted scrumptious looking cherries and asked if we could get some. They were not cheap. I told her no and she settled on some grapes instead. But she was really disappointed. That very same week some good friends from church invited us to go cherry picking with them.
Sometimes our prayers our answered before ever being uttered. In seemingly simple ways.

Too bad you are across the country, we have more cherries on our tree than we could ever know what to do with.

I love picking and eating cherries right off of the tree. How fun for your kids and what a tender mercy.
