Wishing you a... Disco Christmas

Apparently.

I've been wanting colored lights for the tree for a couple of years. This year we splurged. On 4 boxes. (I'm not sure it was enough! Ha!) These little gems weren't quite what I had in mind, but boy are they fun! I've never seen the likes of it. Seriously, I feel like I should put on some bowling shoes or something.

Mason- with his beloved Nutcracker from last Christmas. Chapel didn't feel at all gypped that she didn't get to help with the actual decorating.

I'm so grateful for this time of year, to remember and reflect on the life of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Yesterday church was canceled. Snow day. So we watched this Christmas Devotional with our kids and my uncle James who was visiting. It was a wonderful way to spend the Sabbath. Tonight some close friends came by, caroling and delivering goodies! It definitely feels and looks like Christmas.

Pretty --and cool--lights, Dest! I can't believe how big your kids are!
And I love that Mason still loves his Nutcracker! ;)

Where did you find those lights!? I so want to get some for our tree :) Are they LED? That's what we need to invest in, especially since our display grows every year :)
Cannot believe how big everyone is getting! Brittain's hair is so long! And Avery is looking just as grown up at Sarah...what happened to our baby girls!?

Those are fun lights! Where did you find them? How funny that we have no snow on the ground here (at least until tomorrow they say) in Utah, and you have a snow day in North Carolina.

Hey all,

Thanks for the comments!

The lights are just from Home Depot. They are LED and just teeny tiny!

Stephanie, it's so sad. Last night the wind was howling so much I thought I was back in Idaho! We've had 4 snow days so far this school year. Of course- they close for rumors of snow...

Sonya- yes! When it warms up we should do a big "shoot" out!
